“I love Adroll and would recommend to anyone”

What do you like best?

I like the Data and analytics that best. The attribution model isn’t bad either. Other than those two features, the bulk upload feature on Adroll’s platform is a HUGE time saver. When using Google. Facebook, and whatever other ad platforms I used to use to upload various different ads, it would sometimes take me hours to create a single campaign from start to launch. The bulk upload feature, I can upload every single ad I have all at the same time. Once I upload the ads then I can scroll through them and make changes, write copy, and other edits all while on the same page.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it can be a little glitchy. You can log in and nothing will be there until you clear your internet cache and log in again. That can be annoying at times because then it clears everything for every single other site I use just so Adroll will work. I also am not quite sure how Adroll takes their cut of the ad spend. I have asked before and all I get is that it is on a revolving scale that changes based on how the ads are performing. It makes it really hard to evaluate other platforms. Adroll knows that they are number one in the space so I feel like they know that they do not have to tell us which makes it really frustrating.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend Adroll strictly on the basis of it saving me a lot of time when running campaigns. There is not a whole lot of other platforms out there that make it easy for your to have this much control of your campaigns without going directly to Google or Facebook.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Adroll saves me a lot of time when uploading and creating ad campaigns. Its customer journey analytics is a lot of fun to sift through.

“Grow Your Business without the scary place that is FB Editor”

What do you like best?

The ability to speak to a human should you need one to help you troubleshoot through an issue. The customer service team is attentive and professional which is what I need as I want to ensure that I have set up the backend of my business correctly and that the ads display correctly. Then, I can be available for my clients instead of trying to become an expert in what they do. Priceless!Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the Adroll pixel isn’t as readily known as the ‘other’ pixel across platforms…yet.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a tool to advertise across the interwebs (not just limited to social media) at a minimal cost withOUT logging into the blackhole that is FB, you are in the right place. Also, there IS customer service. I don’t know about you, but in the world of automation, bots and email…it is comforting to know that your questions will be answered by a human being, who is vested in getting as close to your vision as possible.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can track where a potential customer ‘enters’ my business and I can advertise across platforms without being censored by a bot. Imagine that.

“AdRoll lets you retarget your users in the easiest way”

Overall: IT has been great due to the simple features and use. No technical or training required.
Pros: There is no complexity with this product. Right from reporting to customer service.
Cons: It does not capture the lead information. API integration is difficult too.
Alternatives Considered: Google Analytics
Reasons for Choosing AdRoll: Simple interface. Visually appealing.
Switched From: Google Analytics
Reasons for Switching to AdRoll: Building out audiences and reporting was a bit complex compared to AdRoll.

What the Interwebs Say

Overall users agreed that this tool is easy to set up and no technical training is needed to get campaigns out and running. However, a few users were not satisfied with their customer support mentioning it is a bit clunky, and others suggested this might be due to the fact that they implemented more self-service functionality. In addition to that users also suggested that Adroll double-check their data and consider utilizing another source to ensure that their data is accurate.
