What do you like best?

I like the robust reporting and the ability to customize reports for each client and create custom metrics. It was a bit overwhelming at first but the templates are a good starting point. We have yet to take advantage of all of the features that are offered but look forward to learning more about the platform and how it can help us provide results for our clients.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

A few things are not so intuitive. I found that when searching for metrics to add to reports, some of the naming was not quite as I had expected, making it a bit tough to find the right thing. I dislike that if I am working on a new report and save it, then go back in, I have to make sure it is on live data and change the date to the proper period, especially for one-time reports.

I like how easy it is to integrate with all the Ads managers. A few clicks and you have all your digital marketing metrics on one board. Additionally, the customer service is amazing. I have used the chat feature multiple times and loved it.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there are limitations to custom metrics and that you cant create custom metrics with custom metrics. Additionally, FB’s integration is particularly challenging when trying to get total metrics due to its varying attribution model.
