Source“Steep Learning Curve, but Possibilities are Limitless”
What do you like best?
I like how the use of Improvado really opens up the possibilities of what we can do with our data. When you collect the data directly from the API and can manipulate it within Improvado, you can do data transformations and manipulations that were out of the question when using direct data connectors like SuperMetrics. It also allows us to combine data across platforms–which is something we would only be able to do through manual exporting and reporting.
What do you dislike?
There is a steep learning curve, and if you aren’t familiar with databases, Excel, and data transformations, this could be a really tough software to implement. I’m having this issue myself, where I am currently the only person who knows how to use Improvado within my team, and getting my teammates onboarded is a lot of work. The Improvado rep can only be so helpful, because a lot of the work within the platform is specific to each client, and to how our company wants to present the data. There is a lot of nuance, detail, and subtly to the data manipulation that happens within Improvado, which makes it very hard to bring in outside users to help with the workload.

What do you like best?
Improvado offers a great solution to unify marketing data that otherwise sits in silos. Viewing the metrics holistically allows advertisers to make more informed and data-driven decisions. Additionally, the team at Improvado is fantastic. I’ve worked with teams across the org and everyone is very competent and positive. Marat is an excellent AM and has done a great job bridging the gap from “vendor” to “partner” and is someone I now consider a friend.
What do you dislike?
We’re about to wrap the first year of our partnership and have no negatives to report yet!

What do you like best?
Alex Tomenko proves to be an eager CSM since he always tried to answer our requests asap and proactively made sure the service continuously performs at maximum efficiency. On a personal level he also proved to be a very friendly and open minded person.
The rapid and easy integration of data into our visualisation platform is the main reason I use Improvado. Also, I really love the possibility to have the Improvado team generate custom data sets where more complex data unions are needed in order to display the necessary metrics & dimension on a dashboard.
What do you dislike?
The report function that is integrated into the Improvado UI. It’s not really an easy to use visualisation tool in terms of customisation and usability. I prefer using an external visualisation tool like Google Data Studio. I mainly use Improvado in order to bundle data sets and make them accessible through Google Big Query.
What sometimes makes communication difficult is the poor English that a few employees have. I can tell that all employees show extreme dilligence and professionality but some might require internal further training in English.

Improvado has received a 4.5-star rating on G2 with a High Performer award for summer of 2022. Users like the tool because it allows them to easily combine data across platforms. Advertisers are able to make more educated and data-driven decisions by taking a comprehensive view of the analytics. Additionally, Improvado’s staff is outstanding. On the other hand, users are quite keen on seeing more English-speaking employees to avoid language barriers.
