What do you like best?
Marchex is simple to set up or alternate transfer numbers during working hours. For those cases where the organization requires time to handle a process, Marchex is a better way of determining the source that provides the highest internal exchange rate. Also, Marchex enables you to react and register telephone calls depending on whether they end in a conversion or not.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
While customer service is just a click away, their ability to solve problems is not their weakest area. Typically only one individual was able to help with technical assistance and move the porters, but speak to that individual took a long time. According to most users Marchex has a simple and easy to navigate interface and a dashboard for reporting straight to the point, allowing them to see only the results they are interested in rather than a slew of other data. Users also agreed that Marchex is affordable and their customer service is top notch. However users thought it would be great if it had more integrations with other third party platforms and also be able to set up automated reoccurring reports based on criteria that the user provide.
