What do you like best?

Marchex is simple to set up or alternate transfer numbers during working hours. For those cases where the organization requires time to handle a process, Marchex is a better way of determining the source that provides the highest internal exchange rate. Also, Marchex enables you to react and register telephone calls depending on whether they end in a conversion or not.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

While customer service is just a click away, their ability to solve problems is not their weakest area. Typically only one individual was able to help with technical assistance and move the porters, but speak to that individual took a long time. Also, I still can't find a way to configure if there is a choice to send the latest voice messages to an address.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Marchex is a great tool that does a very good job providing consistent and reliable telephony analysis information alongside friendly, handy and quick-to-use service representatives. Although it has restricted functionalities that make it much easier to use, it can sometimes limit stability and adaptability for enterprises.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Marchex is a tracking system at an enterprise level that delivers data you need to control your request. It deals with missed chances and tests the performance of certain promotions. Calls are responded faster and the waiting time is lower, so there will be more opportunities to get contributions. Marchex works fast and the employees are receptive and polite when I have questions.

“Must Have Tool for Call Tracking ”

Pros: The program is easy to use and can handle high volume of information without affecting how it functions. If you run large call tracking campaigns it has the ability to be plugged into another tracking dashboard which is a huge plus! It provides stats within the program which is another plus, this allows you to quickly analyze data without having to physically do the calculations and comparisons yourself. You manage all of your information and campaigns which takes the headache out of dealing with a third party. Customer service is also really helpful in making sure you are using the program to its highest potential.
Cons: Sometimes it can glitch, and some of the features are definitely under-utilized due to accessibility. Overall I would recommend to everyone.

According to most users Marchex has a simple and easy to navigate interface and a dashboard for reporting straight to the point, allowing them to see only the results they are interested in rather than a slew of other data. Users also agreed that Marchex is affordable and their customer service is top notch. However users thought it would be great if it had more integrations with other third party platforms and also be able to set up automated reoccurring reports based on criteria that the user provide.
