What do you like best?
From Facebook to Snapchat to Google Analytics, NinjaCat connects to tons of platforms and pulls the data in so you can easily create dashboards, reports, and more for your clients. I would have given a 10/10, but there are some connections that NinjaCat currently doesn’t have, which was disappointing because they are mentioned on their website. Additionally, the tool is pretty slow on the first Monday of every month due to many users scheduling their reports to run at that time.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
The variety of data connections and widgets available for use + ability to import customized data are my favorite things about NinjaCat. On top of this, NinjaCat has an exceptional customer service team available at all times. If I ever have a question or an issue, I always get a response within 24hrs. No other platform provides that kind of service and is one of the reasons I continue to enjoy using it!Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
There tends to be a lack of reliability of widget auto updates (they do not work well especially on the 1st of the month with automatic updates). I normally have to manually check widgets each month before I pull the reports to ensure they are all functioning properly and are not broken. I have to review the data anyways so it is not a huge deal; but, can be frustrating when the same widget breaks month over month for no apparent reason.
I have also had some data connectivity issues with certain platforms that were unable to be fixed even with the help of the amazing support team. It seems to be a bug but again hinders my ability to submit.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Users are overall satisfied with this tool stating that the onboarding process was useful, practical, and relevant to their needs. They are pleased with the reporting and dashboard customization this tool has to offer and said the templates are a great time saver, allowing them to share insights more frequently with their clients. Users are also satisfied with the technical support and quick response they received from the support team. However few users stated that the auto updates on widgets are unreliable and that they would like to see a newer version of the Google Ads API that supports newer campaign types, others stated that it would be nice to have a dedicated TikTok API connector. Overall users are recommending Ninja Cat to businesses that need thoughtful, elegant, point in time reporting.
