What do you like best?
Very simple to use, easy setup and awesome report templates. When I had an issue connecting, the support team was immediately available via Chat and then Google Meet to resolve my problem. The very friendly Support team understood my urgency and resolved my issues right away. Thank you, Alejandra, you are awesome.

What do you like best?
They have such a great tool.
I just want to thank you for your customer support service, they give you the right answer at the right moment, and they are always ready to help you with pretty much any issue you have with the report.
Besides that, they have a great blog and the best template gallery for all kinds of social media reports.
I use most of their templates to build my own social media and ads reports.
What do you dislike?
I would love other connections such as LinkedIn, tik tok, and Twitter. Hopefully, you will have them soon.

Customer service, they answer super fast and schedule calls with the customer in case you can not solve the problem alone.
What do you dislike?
There’s still nothing I don’t like about Porter. I’m looking forward to integration with Mailchimp.

Their connectors also work perfectly. However, sometimes there’s an issue with data connection and integrations are quite limited to only a few apps.
