“Very user friendly, detailed reporting!”

What do you like best?

There are so many different data options that I never even thought about when creating a report. It’s helping me ask better questions when creating client-specific reports and helping our team know what other things we can focus on and improve on. The icons help break up all the data and make the report almost “playful” – which I enjoy because sometimes people can see a lot of data and instantly check out. Our customer service manager, Misha, is always so helpful and understands exactly what I’m trying to say!Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I’ve had an issue with is sometimes some of the widgets kind of tweak out and no longer populate data. Mainly the top-performing Instagram or Facebook posts. My customer service manager, Misha, always helps in a quick manner so it’s not TOO annoying, but it does cause me to circle back and finalize the report later than anticipated.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being somewhat new to very detailed reports, I’m learning all types of new questions to ask myself for future campaigns and ways to get more engagement on organic social posts. We’re a growing agency so everything that I can learn and show our clients that we’re thinking of them makes all the difference! The benefits of learning which metrics to use while simultaneously spending less time on reports is just so great!

“Saving time with Whatagraph”

What do you like best?

I was looking for a cost-effective solution that would allow me to save time pulling reports and deliver them to my clients on time. I love that Whatagraph can be automated, and my clients have the information they need each week.

“This product is amazing!”

Overall: It saved us a lot of time while using it. Also, the graphics are amazing.
Pros: The user interface is easy to navigate . This tool has really good graphics. It saves a lot of time.
Cons: I did not find anything that I would put into this category. There are some limitations in the sources that this service offers but the customer service is amazing. I called the customer service and ordered a fine-tuned version which fits our needs.
