What do you like best?
There are so many different data options that I never even thought about when creating a report. It’s helping me ask better questions when creating client-specific reports and helping our team know what other things we can focus on and improve on. The icons help break up all the data and make the report almost “playful” – which I enjoy because sometimes people can see a lot of data and instantly check out. Our customer service manager, Misha, is always so helpful and understands exactly what I’m trying to say!Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The only thing that I’ve had an issue with is sometimes some of the widgets kind of tweak out and no longer populate data. Mainly the top-performing Instagram or Facebook posts. Although a few users mentioned there can be bugs or issues on the platform here and there although these were quickly resolved by the customer service team.
