What do you like best?
-Changes are easy to implement.
-The customer service responds very quickly (only possible via the internet), is helpful and gives useful tips to use the software better. I chat with customer service and they have always been really quick so that’s a great feature.
-The preview is nice to see all sizes next to each other, although we have sometimes noticed that various stakeholders see it slightly differently, this has no influence on the end result.

What do you like best?
Bannerwise really helps us in the production of big amounts of Banners in different languages and formats. The algorithm that calculates other formats really helps speeding up things. The way that languages work and that you can just add languages and then exchange assets for multiple languages is a game changer. If you’re looking for different solutions on the market that do that, you will have to pay a lot more, the pricing is very competitive. They like how easy it is to use and how many banner templates Bannerwise has to offer when it comes to creating banners. Users are satisfied with the chat support they receive from the helpdesk, although a few said a telephone support number would have been nice to have.
