“Good product, great support”

What do you like best?

The support is great, they are quick to help and they are very welcoming with tips and tricks.

The software itself looks good and there are some good functions that make it possible to give lots of data visualization in a clear way.

What do you dislike?

Myself, I’m more of the coding type that is used to R Shiny or Python Dash. This is more click and drop and the metrics are calculated in a more non-coding manner. This comes down to preference.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have more options for data wrangling by adding Python or R consoles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They worked on extra possible rows for SQL queries, much appreciated. Also they helped me set up the connection to the database, this was done in a very helpful and quick manner.

“100% recommendable”

What do you like best?

I like the versatility of Databox very much. But what I like and appreciate the most is the Gold Standard help and support, I always received from helpful, understanding and friendly support team members.

What do you dislike?

It’s not that I dislike what I am about to write, but I would like to be able to see more training videos, more specific ones in order to learn to help myself, even though I really enjoy getting in touch with the support team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me save time, when monitoring our digital marketing performance.

“Easy to build user friendly Dashboard!!”

What do you like best?

What I liked was the integration part where we can collect the data from various platforms and it has in-built templates which pull out the data easily. We can make a dashboard within a few minutes without any struggles.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes some formulas don’t work as we work universally. i.e Timesheet doesn’t calculate in hours or minutes we need to convert it into seconds after we have to make it to hours and minutes. Sometimes we have to play a long shot to make it worthy dashboard!!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend because it’s easy to use make dashboards and integrate with many other apps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can show the dashboard in a board meetings with colorful dashboards and numbers and we also inbuilt in the websites, so all the visitors can see our achievements without struggling!!

What the Interwebs Say

Users are overall happy with what Databox has to offer. The tool is flexible with a very intuitive interface. Aside from that, there are multiple resources and tools you can use to configure your dashboards to meet your current needs. The integration is very useful for users because it makes collecting data easy with built-in templates which can be pulled out to show the data easily. Aside from that, you can create a dashboard within minutes. Likewise, Databox’s customer support is very helpful and understanding. With all the features on Databox, some users wish for the following integrations: ChartMogul and Intercom. One user expressed that sometimes data sources don’t stay connected and historical data can be lost. Users are also unable to select a range of dates they want to analyze, saying that they can only select either a weekly or monthly report.
