“Excellent reporting software for marketing agencies”

What do you like best?

The ability to integrate and report on social media, Google Ads as well as Google Analytics in one report.

What do you dislike?

As creatives we sometimes struggle to create the graphs and KPI’s we would ideally want to portray, but the Swydo team has always been very helpful in those instances and helped us to sort it out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting on many different platforms within one report.

“Excellent Reporting Tool for Marketing Agencies”

What do you like best?

Swydo is an excellent reporting tool for marketing agencies. The Teamedia uses it daily and is very pleased with how easy to use this tool is.

– Regarding the Swydo reports, we love that they are in-depth and allow us to add images, links, and text as they are an essential part of our daily work routines. The widgets are easy to customize, and the visual part is good. The ability to create templates helps save time regularly.

– We want to note the simplicity in integrating various platforms. The dashboard is a valuable and practical feature for PPC specialists as they monitor daily the performance on the advertising platforms.

– The support is very responsive and polite. Also, we had the training with Werner. It was a cool opportunity to deal with data sources and other issues.

– Swydo constantly updates its platform and provides new functionality to improve our client reporting.

What do you dislike?

It would be great to improve some details that are important for our work processes:

– As for Facebook and Linkedin widgets, paused campaign statistics are not displayed. It would be great to see the data of campaigns and ads that were on pause.

– Remove the limit of 100 lines or make the limit larger. Sometimes we cannot analyze statistics correctly. For example, we work with a long list of job titles that may not fit into the character limit.

– When we set up a widget with a filter by campaigns’ names, we found a limit of 50 titles. But we have cases where there are more campaigns we work with, and this limit doesn’t allow us to display all necessary campaigns’ names. Also, it will be helpful if there is a filter by campaigns with a feature like ‘exclude’ for Bing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Swydo support is always happy to help in solving the issues. There might be occasional troubles with filters not working properly for some of the data sources, but the support team is always responsive and helps us fix those issues in just a few days.

“Excellent Reporting for Google Ads & Analytics”

What do you like best?

We love that we can schedule multiple reports for each client, send each report to different contacts and update individual reports to reflect the client’s goals.

What do you dislike?

Nothing! We have found the support to be amazing.

Excellent support staff! Any time we have questions or need a new template Michiel is always fast to respond and get us set up!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time savings, my admin can spend her hours updating/monitoring campaigns instead of generating manual reports. Also helps to have multiple reports for high level clients.

Reports are in-depth and allows userts to add images, links, and text that are essential in daily work routines. Likewise, widgets are also easy to customize, and templates help save a lot of time. The ablity to integrate social media, Google Ads, and Google analytics in one report is truly remarkable. However, users would still like to see improvements like removing having a limit of 100 lines to properly analuze statistics. Also, sometimes, embedded reports and dashboards are quite slow to load or come to a point of failing to load entirely. However, despite these shortcomings, Swydo makes up to their clients by establishing a strong customer service team that provides quick fixes to struggling users.
