"The best attribution software on the market"

What do you like best?

Windsor.AI has ticked all of the boxes that we were looking for when assessing which attribution software to use for our business. It integrates with all relevant platforms that we spend our marketing budget on. This allows for easy ROI and assessment of channels. It also has a very useful budget function which has made our previous budgeting file redundant. Couldn't recommend the platform enough.

What do you dislike?

It's an early day business so the UI isn't as friendly as some others though the features are overwhelmingly positive and we can push the data to any data place eg data studio.

"Great value, exceptional support"

What do you like best?

Excellent solution to connect PowerBI with the likes of Bing / GoogleAWs! Loads of filters and connectors available, excellent value for money and - more important - exceptional support! Indeed, I was missing several optional variables options from the connectors I was using (Big and GAdws): within weeks Windsor Team had added them in the list of options available. Not just once. Nor twice - but three times in less than a month: exceptional service indeed!

What do you dislike?

Only one connector per account / client. And interface still a bit clunky / takes a long learning curve...

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Connecting Bing and Google adwords accounts to PowerBi for reporting / big data analysis... As well as permitting real-time access to data, allows also to add a layer of "in real time" to older data held in Google Big Buckets...

"Great platform, excellent Customer Support"

What do you like best?

The ease of set-up combined with the transparent, thorough customer support has been fantastic. There also appears to be some clear actionable wins for us on attribution that will help us to optimize the right campaigns. Compared to some other service providers, the transparency through Trello and ability to arrange a meeting at a moment's notice has been a significant advantage of working with Windsor.

What do you dislike?

We are still in the early stages, however it will take a little bit of time to get up to speed on the platform. This is by no means a dislike or something that is dissimilar to any other platform. Perhaps some additional online training guides might help as a recommendation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistency in attribution across all platforms and not having to rely on a last click attribution but use the proven Markov model to give us a more accurate picture of what channels are driving performance and how they contribute to the overall marketing funnel.

According to users, Windsor.ai does the heavy lifting of gathering data and adding them into the right place as well as mapping the attribution and providing you with access through different tools in their own platform. So far, it has ticked all the boxes marketers usually look for when assessing which attribution software to use for their business. The app allows for easy ROI and channel assessment. While there is much outpour of positive praises, the UI is not as friendly as other apps and takes some time to master. Users would appreciate more training guides in the future to help better understand how it works.
