“A great tool to do digital ads online and learning as you go.”

What do you like best?

I like that you can add different accounts from your different digital ads efforts and they give you a report on how you are doing and how to improve. It also gives you ideas on what you can do to make things better and to improve your overall campaigns. It also lets you do ads on the website and gives you tips and keywords that are commonly searched so that you can include it in your ad. It will also give you a 20-minute week where you can focus 20 minutes of your week to improve the marketing adds in different areas like search traffic optimization, ads, split ad groups, placements, lookalike page fans, and remarketing website visitors.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I wish it could include the new next-door marketing effort for ads as well as a better synchronization with Facebook like it has with google and bing. Sometimes the recommendations come back even though you don’t approve of them. (Not sure if this is something that I need to learn)Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are just starting make sure to add the bundle in which you get a consultation every 2 weeks. They are highly knowledgable and they give you great recommendations on where to improve.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were unsure about starting digital ads on our own and using workstream allowed us to be hands-on on our digital marketing. Another benefit is we are able to see new keywords either to search or to add as negatives that are recommended by the system. It will also show you the Querystream to make sure you know what are people typing while your ads are coming up. Lastly, I also like that it shows the placements of your ads in your different accounts so that you can make sure you can either approve the placement or stop the ad from showing on the site. All of this while being user friendly.

“They Have Decided Their Current Customers Do Not Matter”

What do you like best?

The software is easy to use, TECHNICAL support is quick and helpful.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Working with them in recent months has been a nightmare. I had to find out they changed their prices by looking them up (while being a current user) and found they lowered their pricing for the same services but decided not to let current users know and only honor pricing once it was asked for. Put in a billing request and you may hear back, but there’s a good chance you’ll have to contact customer service to get anything done. I used to like the software and consulting but have decided to leave because of how bad the experience has been and how they’ve decided to treat their current customers.Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Their consultants are good for beginners in advertising

“Wordstream – Paid Ad Software Done Right”

Overall: Overall, our experience working with Wordstream has been very positive. The platform itself is very very good, and the team that supports your use of the software and overall advertising goals is really best in class.
Pros: The thing I like the most about Wordstream is two-fold. First, their customer service and support are topnotch. Additionally, the Workbench inside of the software itself makes it super easy to review and work on multiple campaigns across different channels all from one space. Ultra convenient, and ultra effective.
Cons: The thing I like least about this software is that it forces customers to manually sync up any changes to ad accounts to make them live. A way to auto-update at certain intervals or add an option to select whether or not this occurs would be helpful. For example, let’s say you spend a bunch of time working on campaign optimization tasks in Wordstream, and then forgot to hit the push to live button, then you could potentially miss out on the benefits those optimizations could provide because you forgot to sync platforms. Now, it’s a pretty easy fix to make sure this function is part of the overall account management workflow, but still worth mentioning.

What the Interwebs Say

Users are very happy with the services provided by WordStream and its tools on how and where to improve your campaigns. Also, they are very satisfied with the “20 Minute PPC Work Week” feature which allows them to focus in that area for 20 minutes and improve their Ads strategy. They recommend taking advantage of the consultants offered and consider them to be quite helpful. However, complaints revolve around the synchronization problems this tool has and sometimes very poor customer service.
